Simon Pearson Director

Simon began work with Vodafone in 1995, carrying out line of site and site feasibility surveys. He transferred across to the site inspection department in 1998 which included carrying out audits of both the civil and rigging elements of the site. He then progressed to the role of site build controller for the North East region, which included managing all aspects of the site build process from initial design to implementation into the network.

Going on to work with Three - Simon assisted with the design and roll out of their site inspection process and also worked on an optimization project which involved on-site inspection of antenna orientations, before setting up CSS Ltd with Russell in 2002.
