A Mobile Network Operator (MNO) had a requirement to measure the build quality of upgrades and new sites, needing an independent audit company to deliver an end-to-end acceptance process to enable them to benchmark their suppliers.
The MNO did not have the resource internally to manage the post audit defect management.
The MNO had a backlog of audits that they needed completing urgently.
The Solution
CSS tendered for the work and were awarded the contract to deliver the full end-to-end service for the MNO.
CSS developed a bespoke solution to support our clients’ unique needs designed to achieve the very challenging timescales – the following outlines the key attributes of this successful solution:
- Rapid mobilisation of our workforce enabling completion of the backlog requirements within five months.
- Drove an accelerated resource programme to enable delivery of 300+ audits within three months of instruction.
- Developed and implemented a bespoke checklist to capture the quality checks needed by the MNO.
- All supporting documentation reviewed and submitted to the MNO within 48 hours of on-site completion.
- Implementation of our QMS database to manage the lifecycle of defects from notification through to resolution.
- Developed reports to enable benchmarking of suppliers and root cause analysis of trend defects.
- This service drove the quality of the builds and gave the MNO visibility of their supplier’s performance as per the original brief.
