How do I get access to QMS?

Please contact your CSS representative, who will arrange for you to be set up on the CSS QMS Database. Once, you have been issued with your QMS username and password, you can gain access by clicking the “QMS Login” button which can be found on the top right-hand side of each of our website pages.

Where can I get support from on how to use QMS or if I am having problems?

CSS have a detailed user guide available on request. If you require more one to one support, please contact your CSS representative who will arrange this on your behalf.

Can we export our reports from QMS?

Yes, these can be exported in Excel and PDF formats.

How is my data kept secure from other users outside of my organisation?

QMS is based on client user groups, and the access level is defined by the client’s user group at the time of login.

Can more than one user within my organisation access our data at the same time?

Yes, you can have multiple users accessing the same data at any one time.

Does QMS have the ability to provide data directly into my internal tools?
