Planned Preventative Maintenance
CSS provides a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service on Telecommunication Sites, both Mobile and Fibre, to our clients that can be tailored to meet their specific requirements.
Regular PPM visits aim to increase the longevity of the assets on sites whilst reducing the number of emergency repairs and therefore reducing costs in the process and maintaining safety on site.
Key Deliverables:
- Schedule and book access (including RAMs) to the site via the client’s access protocols.
- Inspection reports completed, post audit reviews completed on CSS QMS database or client’s own system/portal.
- Full set of digital photographs taken on-site, inclusive of the access route, the compound, cabin/cabinets where applicable and the structure (at height where a climb is performed), photographs to support any defects or observations.
- Reports/findings/defects provided to our clients electronically via QMS or the client’s portals.
Safe to Climb
Structure, Ladder and Fall Arrest. Tagged and certified to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
Basic Asset Capture
Capture the basic components of a site.
Clear Vegetation On-site
Safe access route to compound and around the cabinets as a minimum, although in most cases will include compound clearance.
Lightning Protection Testing & Certification
Visually inspected, tested, and certified.
Clean Cabin/Cabinets & Compound
Remove rubbish / waste where applicable (subject to size of issue).
Air Conditioning
Clean filters, F-GAS Leak Testing and Certification. All visually inspected, tested, and certified.
