Our client who is a leading operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructures had inherited a portfolio of circa 200 sites, all of which had no asset information resulting in a lack of visibility. They needed to obtain critical information relating to these assets quickly, to avoid issues with site access posing potential Health and Safety risks and resolve defects which should have been fixed prior to the acquisition of the sites.
The Solution
